This Privacy Policy describes how Manomaya SAS ("us", "we", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the MeloRun mobile application and its related website (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Waitlist email. If you sign up for the MeloRun waitlist on our website, we collect your email address in order to notify you when the app becomes available.
Usage and device data. When you use the app, we may collect anonymous technical data such as device model, operating system version, language, app version, gameplay statistics (scores, levels completed) and crash reports, in order to operate and improve the Service.
Purchases. In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your payment card details.
We use the information we collect to: notify you of the app launch (waitlist); provide, maintain and improve the Service; measure performance and fix bugs; comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Waitlist emails are managed through Brevo, our email service provider. We will send you a launch announcement and, occasionally, important updates about MeloRun. Every email contains an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
We rely on a limited number of third-party processors to operate the Service, such as Brevo (email), Apple and Google (distribution and payments), and analytics/crash-reporting providers. These providers only process data on our behalf and in accordance with their own privacy commitments.
We keep your waitlist email until the launch campaign is completed or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. Anonymous usage data is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes described above.
Depending on your place of residence (including under the EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, rectify, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@coachguitar.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update this page. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
